I had the pleasure of performing at the Stamford Dollars for Scholars award ceremony last night, which was held in the General Re Auditorium at the University of Connecticut in Stamford. The non-profit organization gave 20 scholarship awards to Stamford high school seniors headed to college this fall. Winifred Hamilton, the superintendent of Stamford Public Schools, also spoke to students at the event.
